“Establishing a Win/Win Working Arrangement” 1½/2 days

Every new initiative involving external suppliers requires a positive start to the arrangement with a framework for working together in the future, involving reviewing previous good/bad experiences, joint objective setting, team building, determining future management processes, prioritising key issues and action planning.

“Resolving Our Differences” 1 day

Breathe new life into the client/supplier relationship. Address those issues that are avoided/not spoken about. Establish a firm and positive way forward, which clears the baggage of the past and provides incentives for everyone to work in each other’s interests in the future.

“Owning and Delivering Financial Targets” 1½ days

Objectives are set, contractual arrangements established, management processes agreed and now all we have to deal with is the money!! Ensuring the incentives work effectively, with the supplier owning the client’s financial targets. This workshop uses both joint development and negotiation processes to enable the participants to agree the mechanism for future financial target setting.

“Reviewing Progress against Objectives” 1 day

Ensuring that the objectives and measures identified are appropriate and in line with the original targets at a key stage after implementation of the strategy, involving revisiting and reviewing objectives, clarifying and amending key performance indicators and action planning.
